The principle of air suspension pump is to use the motor to drive the internal compression device, the outside air is inhaled and compressed into high pressure air, and then transmitted through the pipeline to the air spring or gas storage tank. The specific steps are as follows:
Air inhalation: The outside air is inhaled through the filter to ensure clean air quality.
Air compression: The compressor compresses the air through the piston or screw structure to improve the air pressure.
Gas delivery: compressed high-pressure air through the valve and pipeline, into the gas tank or directly into the air spring.
Pressure regulation: The pressure sensor in the system monitors the air pressure and controls the work of the pump to maintain the stability of the suspension system.
Adjust the height of the body: according to different driving needs (such as high-speed or off-road), provide high and low adjustment function.
Improved comfort: By adjusting the stiffness of the suspension, the intensity of the vibration transmitted to the carriage during the vehicle is reduced.
Balancing load: When the load on one side of the vehicle is heavy, the air pump can adjust the air pressure to balance the body.
Fault compensation: When the air suspension system leaks, the air pump can replenish the air for the system in time.
