Structural Composition
Air pumps usually work in coordination with air storage tanks, distribution valves and controllers to form a complete air supply system. Some high-end systems integrate gyroscopes and sensors to replace traditional acceleration sensors and reduce costs.
The air suspension air pump is a key component in the air suspension system, mainly used to inflate components such as air springs to achieve height adjustment and elastic control of the vehicle suspension system. It is usually composed of a motor, a compressor, a gas storage tank, a control system and other parts. Through the instructions of the control system, the motor drives the compressor to work, compressing the air and storing it in the air storage tank, and then delivering an appropriate amount of compressed air to the air spring as needed.
