The Core Mechanism of Power Transmission
Power input: The engine outputs torque through the transmission, which is transmitted to the input end of the drive shaft (universal joint or spline).
Shaft tube conduction: Torque is transmitted over long distances through the hollow or solid shaft tube (rigid component).
Power output: Torque is transmitted to the main reducer of the drive axle through the universal joint at the other end, ultimately driving the wheels to rotate.
