Opening procedure
When the user presses the open switch (such as the switch inside the car, the switch outside the car or the remote control button), the control module receives the signal and starts the motor in the electric lever. The motor runs and pushes the piston rod out through the transmission mechanism, thus driving the tail door to open upward. During the opening process, the position sensor monitors the position of the tail door in real time. When the tail door reaches the fully open position, the control module controls the motor to stop running.
Closing procedure
After the user presses the off switch, the control module starts the motor again, the motor reverses, drives the piston rod to retract, and makes the tail door close downward. During the closing process, the pressure sensor continuously detects the pressure between the tailgate and the obstacle. If the pressure is detected to exceed the preset value, it indicates that the tailgate encounters an obstacle, the control module immediately stops the motor operation, and the tailgate is reversed to open a certain distance to prevent injuries or damage to people.
