Core Functions
Air pressure supply
Inflate the air spring to maintain the system working pressure (usually 5-10 bar).
Compensate for air pressure loss caused by load changes or air leakage.
Height adjustment
By adjusting the air bag pressure, the vehicle body can be raised or lowered (such as raising the chassis to enhance passability, or lowering the body to reduce wind resistance).
Automatic leveling
When the vehicle load is uneven or the road is inclined, quickly balance the air pressure of each wheel to keep the vehicle body level.
Mode switching
Dynamically adjust the suspension hardness and travel in conjunction with the driving mode (comfort/sport/off-road).
Adjust the height of the body: according to different driving needs (such as high-speed or off-road), provide high and low adjustment function.
Improved comfort: By adjusting the stiffness of the suspension, the intensity of the vibration transmitted to the carriage during the vehicle is reduced.
Balancing load: When the load on one side of the vehicle is heavy, the air pump can adjust the air pressure to balance the body.
Fault compensation: When the air suspension system leaks, the air pump can replenish the air for the system in time.
